At Nifora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Nifora account or visit our Support Portal to enter your order number and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
